Organisation Assessment Instructions

  • If you have been invited to complete an Organisation Energy assessment, the button below will be active.
  • Click Take me There to access the questionnaire.
  • All questions are on a scale of 1 to 10
    • 1 = Strongly Disagree
    • 10 = Strongly Agree
  • To select a number, move the slider from left to right or click a position on the scale.  A number will appear in the circle above your selection.
  • You are required to complete all questions.

Notes:

  • You are required to complete the assessment in one sitting.  If you logout of the questionnaire before completion, your information will not be saved.
  • All information is treated anonymously and all results are collated into a consolidated assessment.
  • All comments are included verbatim and also presented anonymously.
  • You may review your selection before submitting, but once you have clicked submit, you will no longer be able to access the questionnaire.
