We use the GC Index Team assessment to identify the team's unique DNA and its potential impact on the organisational system. 

The GC Index example below shows a senior team whose energy as a team is focused on Game Changing and Implementation, with lower focus on Strategy, Playmaking and Polishing.

The impact of this profile on the organisation was experienced as lack of transparency, low trust, high fear, high politics, low candour, (low Playmaker) and a poor understanding of where the business was heading (low Strategy).
