His energy is always focused on finding new and better ways of doing things and is never satisfied with conventional wisdom. He is happiest inventing new methods that can be implemented in practice to improve both knowledge and performance in organisations.
He has a genuine love of working with high-energy and creative individuals to co-design new and original solutions that work in practice.
He is the architect of several original methods from energy assessments to techniques for changing behaviour and performance. He consults to clients both in South Africa and Europe.
He writes many articles on his work, lectures on Executive Development Programmes internationally, gives expert talks, and has also outlined his philosophy in a TEDx talk in Prague.
Michelle is Quanta’s global guru of team development. She has inspired hundreds of leaders and teams to achieve high energy and excellence, by applying her special talent in generating trust and enthusiasm on the one hand, with her unique and practical skill of transferring new knowledge.
Michelle has over 25 years of experience in Quanta Consulting, co-developing their unique assessment tools and high-energy systemic methodologies and applying them in practice.
Her core strengths are in deeply connecting with people at all levels of an organisation, and creating a safe and trusting space for applying Quanta’s method for changing leadership behaviour and team performance. She is passionate about helping people create sustainable change at a personal and business level.

Maria Biquet is a highly experienced and professional coach and consultant who facilitates Quanta projects in Greece. She is an experienced multilingual management consultant and business coach with a vast experience in diverse business fields.
She has worked with senior executives from different countries in the private sector, the public sector and international NGOs. Over the past 20 years she has worked for multinational companies in strategic marketing positions and led start-up projects for setting up new companies. She brings knowledge of diverse business sectors such as Telecommunications, Automotive, Retail Financing, Insurance, Banking and Consulting.
For more than 20 years she has studied various methodologies for se-development and change including Systemic approach, Appreciative Inquiry Approach, NLP and mindfulness techniques. VP Marketing Communications of EMCC Greece, Senior Researcher on Ethics EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council). She is a Senior Practitioner Coach and Mentor EMCC Accredited.
