The recent FT article highlighted that over nine out of ten boardroom members are climate and environmentally illiterate. By extension we could include C-suite members and parliamentarians of 195 countries. A trojan horse, an environmental time bomb. Ignorance. More dangerous than Covid 19.

Intelligent philosophers and scientists have been pursuing the concept of ever-changing and emerging life since Empedocles in the 5th century BC. Darwin is a relative late comer.

The magic of evolution is driven by the evolutionary algorithm, the software that has generated life, the universe and everything for 13,8 billion years. Without any updates.

The algorithm is built on three simple steps. Repetition. Variation. Selection. Pure genius that drives everything. Includes you, your team and your organisation.
